Overview
Kiowa County Hospital District sought critical facility upgrades to maintain licensure, modernize systems, and continue serving the rural community. Our team led planning, financing support, and implementation—including DOLA grant acquisition—to ensure the project’s feasibility.
Solutions
The project delivered comprehensive EPC and design/build services including LED lighting retrofits, HVAC equipment upgrades, boiler and chiller replacements, building envelope improvements, and consolidation of electrical services.
