Overview

Auraria Higher Education Center sought a comprehensive EPC to reduce energy and water use, upgrade infrastructure, increase sustainability, and improve operational performance across its large campus.

Solutions

Our team conducted a full Investment Grade Audit and implemented a comprehensive EPC including mechanical upgrades, lighting retrofits, controls improvements, chiller replacements, transformer upgrades, ventilation improvements, and a 327 kW-DC solar installation.

Results

The project is projected to generate over $528k in annual verified savings, improve comfort and indoor environmental quality, reduce maintenance burden, and significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions.
