CEG Selected for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ESPC IV MATOC to Advance Energy Readiness and Resilience on Federal Installations
ARLINGTON, VA – June 23, 2025 – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering and Support Center (Huntsville Center) has awarded CEG Solutions (CEG) a position on the fourth-generation Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC IV) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The contract has a performance period of 10 years, running from 2025 to 2030, with an option to extend to 2035, with a total program cap of $3 billion.
This competitive award positions CEG among a select group of prequalified contractors entrusted to execute comprehensive energy and water upgrades across federal installations worldwide. Under the ESPC MATOC, projects are financed through guaranteed energy savings, allowing agencies to implement critical improvements without upfront capital investment.
