About
CEG Solutions is a sustainability-focused development and design-build construction firm that delivers innovative energy infrastructure solutions to clients across the United States. We hold master performance contracting agreements with the US Department of Energy, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the states of California, Colorado, Virginia, and Maryland, and have developed more than $300MM of energy upgrades over the last ten years. Customers partner with our team to address their most critical needs. Successful past projects have ranged from municipal renewable energy solutions to revitalizing central plant systems at the Office of Personnel Management to reconfiguring data center power and cooling systems at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

From unpacking TED talks to completing ‘what-type-of-leadership-style-are-you’ quizzes we learn about and honor the women who inspire us, the women who have paved the way for us, and the women we work with everyday!

Career Development
Aside from our projects, we take great pride in developing our employees. Here at CEG we believe in helping our people stay on top of their game so that our clients are getting the very best approach to construction, and our employees are developing their career paths. We offer internal and external training focused on engineering, project management, safety, and estimating. This program affords new employees an opportunity to work in several operational areas throughout the company and develop an understanding of the entire construction process.
Continuing Education
Whether your goal is a greater understanding of the energy and construction industries or advancement, your professional and career development is important to our shared success. CEG’s Educational Assistance Program reimburses employees for company-related coursework, professional development expenses, and the cost of acquiring a professional license or professional certification.
