As critical as proper O&M support is to creating lasting value in an investment, simple maintenance measures often go overlooked and lead to under-performance or failure.

Because every facility’s needs are unique, CEG will develop a customized plan to support your project for the full contract term. At some facilities this involves developing detailed training programs, maintenance plans, checklists, and worksheets for your existing O&M provider (and then monitoring O&M logs to make sure plans are being followed properly). At other facilities we will provide complete O&M services for the life of the contract, ranging from daily support to annual system audits.
